by commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to the following:GENERAL
> Artist has the right to refuse any commission
> If the client is rude and/or unpleasant to work with, the commission will be canceled
> Artist has the right to use the commission for their own purposes (post on social media, for use in portfolio, etc...)
> No commissions are to be used in AI, NFTs, or behind a paywallPAYMENT & REFUNDS
> All payments are to be made through the VGen website
> Commissions over $100 USD are eligible for 50% up front, and 50% after commission is finished
> Commissions under $100 USD must be paid 100% upfront
> If a refund is requested while the art is still in the sketch phase, 100% of the commission will be refunded
> If a refund is requested while in the line & coloring phase, 50% of the commission will be refunded
> If a refund is requested after the work has been completed, no refund will be given
> If a client files a chargeback, they will be blocked and blacklistedCOMMUNICATION & REVISIONS
> Communication will be made through Twitter or Discord (at clients request)
> Artist will send WIPs of the art, or just general updates, when they see fit to do so
> Major revisions will be encouraged at the sketch phase to ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with their commission
> Minor revisions will be encouraged at the line & color phase to ensure that the client is 100% satisfied with their commission
> Artist has a specific style, and will not adjust their style to match a different oneDEADLINES & DELIVERY
> Artist may take anywhere from one week to three months to complete a commission (they are a student and also working)
> Artist DOES NOT take rush orders
> Client will receive their commission by Google Drive or Email (depending on the size of the commission)USE
> Client is free to post commissions wherever as long as they are credited to @MaybeMargot_(Twitter) or @MaybeMargot(Twitch)
> Client is free to use commissions in streams as long as they are credited to @MaybeMargot_ (Twitter) or @MaybeMargot (Twitch)
> Client can ONLY sell commissions as merch with the permission of the artist and an additional commercial fee of 75% the original price of the commission✔️ Humanoid, ponies, furries, simple robots
